This app was designed to be used with cellphones, not tablets. I generally use my iPad to use this app and I usually have my iPad in a horizontal position on my desk so that I can view it like a desktop. Unfortunately, this app can only be used in a vertical position (not horizontal) which forces me to have to pick up my iPad and turn it vertically in my lap instead of having it on my desk. Why the software engineers of this app can’t figure out how to make the screen rotate in either direction is anybody’s guess. 2. You cannot login to this app using your thumbprint or fingerprint but instead it forces you to type in your password every single time you want to login. The entire app seems a little slow, and this is only one more way of it slowing you down. ### 2/5 — Payment transfer *2025-11-10, version 25.1.323* gone to two different branches on two different occasions to set up a change in my house payment both times filling out form signing them and nothing happened so I have gone to transferring on the website and that has worked, but I don't like the terminology of transferring it doesn't imply I'm making a payment. ### 2/5 — Runs very poorly *2025-10-22, version 25.1.323* The app doesn’t let me log in half the time and just gives me an error notice. I shouldn’t have to call constantly to get into an app when I’m just checking my balance or transactions. It takes multiple tries to let me in. Then move Money next and you can’t remove it. Then your bank. So you login and scroll down past the junk you don’t use just to get to bank information. It used to show the transaction (if it was pending or complete) and under it the remaining balance after that transaction. I love that feature as it helps manage my finances better. Please bring that back. I don’t care about the visual representation of the app and user interface as long as it works, but regardless, it was a super nice upgrade. My only complaint is how slow the app responds to actions done within the user interface. It doesn’t matter what I click on or where I want to go in the app. It just seems very slow when responding to my requests. However, I’m aware this is all still in the works and is being constantly updated. I’m also not picky about that as long as the app functions properly. I mainly wanted to let you know about that issue if anyone hasn’t mentioned it yet. Other than that, it’s all fantastic.
