not sure why it’s evil but it never saves my card and it sucks

Too many things to list, but I would look at the Indigo parking app as a new goby - quick to use, efficient and gets everything done that’s necessary in one screen. 

OPS-COM: many unnecessary screens to go through and even then the final one doesn’t show you all info on the transaction. Receipt does not show pertinent info. Cannot save a credit card.

Too many things to list, but would be happy to share separately in an email. Look at the Indigo parking app as a new goby - quick to use, efficient and gets everything done that’s necessary in one screen. 

OPS-COM: Frequent payment issues, many unnecessary screens to go through and even then the final one doesn’t show you all info on the transaction.

Can’t continue to checkout as app isn’t responding. Have to enter my card details and info every time I want to pay for parking. Doesn’t safe my card details for next time payment. The way of choosing permit time and location sucks. Incredibly not user friendly. Bad app UI design. Lots of bugs. As a person who needs to pay parking everyday this is really annoying.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Our app does support storing payment information, but this functionality must be enabled by your parking provider. We understand how this may be frustrating and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
