Opsin has been incredible for my health. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy and the way I feel. No more afternoon slump. I feel more motivated. I procrastinate less. I love all of the extra features and I especially love the daily Bible verses!! So glad I found this app!

Opsin makes sunrise, light exposure, and sleep guidance easy to understand. The app feels pretty intuitive, and the dawn alarm and jet-lag tools seem especially useful.
