Don’t buy the hardware either. We have tried multiple phones with different OS and nothing works. But I have tried for the past 5 days and I never receive a code. I have even tried two different email account. Every email address comes back as closed. The phone numbers will leave you on hold for 45 minutes only to then say “nobody can help you at this time call back later” GM can’t help so why even offer a product if even they can’t help you! Had I known this product was backed by a company that doesn’t care about its users, I would have spent my money an a better product ### 1/5 — Cannot connect to cloud and cannot get support from this company *2025-04-03* App is terrible and ancient feeling. I cannot connect to the cloud; therefore, I cannot send or download dashcam videos. Submitted a tech support ticket to which they tell you to call the help desk. The help desk doesn't answer. I've sat on hold for up to 30 min multiple times before needing to hang up because I don't have the luxury to sit on hold for hours. They offer to call you (when it works for them) so good luck being around to answer whenever they get around to it. Awful support for the amount of money this device costs. ### 1/5 — The Worst *2025-03-23, version 1.1.4* I purchased this product on 3/14 and after the in counter with “support” the guy disconnect the call after I waited 45 minutes. I’m having this removed on 3/21; I was never able to create an account. I wasn’t aware of the reviews until after the fact. Do not recommend. ### 1/5 — Awful app and product *2025-03-21, version 1.1.4* The hardware shorted my vehicles driver assist system and multiple modules. Additionally the app hasn’t worked once in the 3 months I’ve had it. Can’t even complete set up as the authentication email will never send. Will likely need to return for a refund and buy a device that actually functions. How did GMC overlook such a cheap product to add as a factory installed accessory to all of their vehicles? Massive flop. ### 1/5 — App is useless!!! *2025-03-17, version 1.1.4* I've had the dual cameras and app connected to my SUV's wifi for months and still can't change the Recording Settings, Camera Settings, Memory Card Settings, ADAS, System Settings etc... Live view works after a long wait but I can't pull up ANY past recordings of ANYTHING. What a complete waste! ### 1/5 — Terrible app and support *2025-02-27, version 1.1.4* I spent hours just trying to create an account with the app. They prompt you for your email and then for an “authentication code” which should be sent to that email (the screen doesn’t say that; you’re supposed to just know). My regular Exchange email which I’ve had for 20 years didn’t work and tech support said their server software was buggy and that a Gmail account should work. So I used a temp Gmail acct and that didn’t work either. Tech support promised to call me the next day with a solution and of course they didn’t call. So I called the following (3rd) day and the new tech said he had no idea why the authentication was even needed since the email is only used to log into the iOS app but to try using a yahoo address. We got disconnected and of course he didn’t call me right back even though he confirmed my cell number. So disappointed in this company. I created a garbage yahoo acct and finally received an auth code and am at least in the app. Now I’ll try to connect to the camera but if you read more of these reviews you’ll know that’s frequently impossible also. Just avoid this company, they don’t know what they’re doing and clearly don’t care. ### 1/5 — Authentication *2025-02-10, version 1.1.4* Why do I need an authentication code just to make an account.
