This app needs a lot of work. The chat never works, every time I click on the profile button or chat button, I have to log in, even though I just did. When clicking on a medication there is no back button to return to the menu. I have to rotate the phone because the opt health logo at the top is covered up by the front camera. Also regarding service in general, emails take forever to get a response. And I’m not talking about hours, it’s been days at times. Not ok for having a pricey subscription.
