The app is not always the easiest to use, can be quite frustrating most of the time. It’s almost impossible to speak to a human at Outback. This is our second Outback system, I used to brag about their customer service. How I loved Outback. Now I wouldn’t recommend Outback to my worst enemy! ### 1/5 — No work if google sign in *2025-10-31, version 3.0* I did a quick sign in and set up with optics RE through Google and now I do not have a password to use the app the app will not work without a password and does not connect to Google poorly thought out as usual for outback ### 1/5 — Non functioning *2025-08-17, version 3.0* Unacceptable app ### 1/5 — “Something went wrong please try again” *2025-07-30, version 3.0* This happens every single time I try to login to the app. I have no problem logging in from a computer. ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-07-05, version 3.0* Junk.
