If your company uses this program, it means you have been scammed. I have worked in hospitality for years across various hotels, and so far, this app is the worst experience I have ever had. Here is the summary:

1. **Job Requests:** Yes, you can give a request to each department, but all jobs are integrated into one and shown in one place, which is "Job." You have to look through each one from all departments.
2. **Editing and Deleting Jobs:** Everyone can edit and delete the job, even if the job is not theirs.
3. **Typing Delay:** There is a massive delay when you type. Imagine you want to type a long, clear request, but only one letter appears every three seconds.
4. **Uploading Pictures:** Uploading pictures is a pain. You have to exit the app, open your phone's camera app to take a picture, go back to the app, select upload, pick the picture, and then wait another five minutes for it to load. Most of the time, it fails.
5. **App Functionality:** This app is not an app at all; it is just a hyperlink to their website, which crashes most of the time due to high traffic.
6. **Missing Requests:** Most of the requests do not show up, and if they do, only one or two people from different departments can see them, even though you specifically assigned them to a department. They do not appear in the "done," "not started," or "on hold" sections—they just don't show up, as if no request was made.
7. **Scam Warning:** If your company uses this app, it means the app is cheap and you got scammed.
