Buttons don’t load so you press multiple times. Some options are hidden and you don’t see it’s a button until you accidentally click order. It’s sneaky in upgrading options too. I was offered a free reprint so I converted the image to cmyk as instructed, and received the reprint which was a better colour but so dark it is unusable! I understand that things can change when printing, and it is a very technical process but it doesn’t look as if I will get exactly what I want!
