I got an email that it had shipped but needed to the app to track it. When I open the order in the app, there’s no ability to track. I’ve been baited and will now delete the app. I’ve ordered cards from here and are happy with those. Inexpensive & nice quality. ### 4/5 — First time *2026-02-09, version 10.2.6* Not the easiest to place an order. Directions should be given. Just lucky that I pressed the right buttons. ### 2/5 — Colour still not accurate - second attempt! *2025-11-15, version 10.2.6* I ordered a 90 x 60 poster and When it arrived the colour was totally different. I was offered a free reprint so I converted the image to cmyk as instructed, and received the reprint which was a better colour but so dark it is unusable! I understand that things can change when printing, and it is a very technical process but it doesn’t look as if I will get exactly what I want! The price was excellent and I think the quality would be perfect if the colour was correct! ### 4/5 — Quick turnaround *2025-02-02, version 10.2.6* Love that it prints locally in NZ and super fast. App is pretty easy to use except for when you want to have 2 pictures in 1 photobook page, sometimes 1 photo will show the red sign. Hopefully this will get fixed and it will be perfect! I added photos to multiple albums and then they’ve disappeared. Atrocious shipping costs by the end, considering they shipped my items in two separate packages. I get that shipping is expensive though , but it was a bit of a shock. I wish the calendars had more options for layout. The one really cute design I chose , I realized I could only have the background with one photo not multiples. Overall, still better than the other couple photo sites I explored. Sorry this review is long and rambly, catching me at a tired hour. ### 1/5 — AVOID COMPANY *2024-11-07, version 10.2.6* This app sucks and so does the company. Product quality is poor. Also have to continually contact customer service to get refunds and get reprders as products get “lost” all the time even though they have never even left their facility. Will never use again. ### 2/5 — App is a little clunky *2024-03-12* I’ve used the app a few times. One occasion it ordered something with one click when I wasn’t even ready to order. It don’t always load properly. It’s safer to order on the website. The product quality is quite low, I ordered a few tees and the quality/fit varies dramatically. A Small women’s is smaller than a 5-6 year old girls. And the Medium women’s is a completely different fit. Thanks, Kübra ### 2/5 — A bit glitchy *2024-02-01, version 10.1.7* It glitches every time you try rearrange photos in the photo books. If you try rearrange photos to a new layout or move a photo to a different page it removes the photos and then you are left wonder which photo it has removed. Hard to explain but it is very frustrating when trying to make a photo book and it keeps removing photos and then doesn’t allow you to add them back ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service *2023-12-19* I never received my Christmas cards. When I tried to contact customer service in the app, the chat button just takes you back to the Home Screen every time. There is no other way to contact them. Thus, I have paid for my Christmas cards and have gotten nothing! Beware of using this app or this company! Thanks, Kübra. ### 1/5 — Only AI no people *2023-12-18, version 10.1.1* I placed an order with this company for sweaters at the beginning of December and the status shows a label was created but nothing afterwards. In trying to get in touch with someone to follow up when nothing was shipped and the delivery date came and went, all the app does is repeat the same questions and give you zero information.. If doesn't date any information or direct you to a person.. There is no way to resolve the issue. Sono riuscito dall'app a contattare l'assistenza, non senza qualche difficoltà (bisogna prima passare da una Bot chat e poi si riesce a chattare con un essere umano) mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero inviato un nuovo album e oggi dopo 20 giorni è arrivato. PURTROPPO HA LA COPERTINA RIGIDA ROVINATA e la RILEGATURA INTERNA STRAPPATA !!!! Ho nuovamente contattato l'assistenza e dopo aver aspettato più di 20 minuti ed aver loro inviato le foto dei danni e degli strappi, gli ho comunicato che avrei cancellato il mio profilo e che avrei fatto una pessima recensione. SONO APPROSSIMATIVI ED IL PRODOTTO È ASSEMBLATO CON SCIATTERIA.
