There is no way to do it! Support reached out and says I have to return four boxes and exchange them for four new boxes to be able to use the Optimum TV app…. Huh? I need to replace all the hardware that uses cloud dvr so I can use your software???If I wanted to drive 40 minutes to the optimum store I would have.
