I paid for premiums but app won’t allow me to view the premium features. When I try to access the swing data it just says that I need to be a premium subscriber.
Freezes all the time
Constant freezing and hanging make this app nearly unusable. Simple actions take forever, and the app often becomes unresponsive, forcing me to restart it repeatedly. This has been happening consistently and severely affects productivity. A reliable app should not require this much patience.

Customer service is non existent
A week ago, I reported a concern with the most important feature in the app not working and still have not gotten a response. The subscription is over $50/month after tax and I’ve been paying it for months. They lost a loyal customer.
