Application très complète, peut être trop, il faut jongler entre de multiples onglets.
Le principal défaut pour moi, mais c’est peut être un choix, est le fait qu’elle soit centrée sur l’abstinence au détriment des consommations contrôlées.

Application utile qui permet de visualiser sa consommation d’alcool et donc d’en (re)prendre le contrôle.
En plus, elle est assez jolie.
Il y avait quelque bugs qui effaçaient le nombre de consommations de certains jours mais apparemment il a été résolu. Continuez comme ça 👍🏼

Bon appli gratuit , ça fait 1 mois que j ai arrêté , je tiens le coup , par contre les conseils en bas ne sont pas pertinents par moment pour mon cas comme de boire de l eau lorsque l’on consomme de l alcool alors que je suis en arrêt totale . Mais cette appli me motive fortement ! Le suivi est super et motivant

Je pense que même sans être « alcoolique ».. il est important de garder un œil sur cette substance qui indéniablement engendre trop de problèmes. Cette application est super et très sympa à utiliser. Pour ma part, je suis à 0 alcool depuis plusieurs mois et je trouve cela génial ! Vive les mocktails !!!
