This app is obviously abandoned. I have attempted to contact support after failing to be able to log in I was easily signed up for a “trial” and then when I tried to log in I could not, and now I am unable to end the trial and will be charged. I have contacted support multiple times and have gotten no response. At this point I think this app is a scam.

They charge one dollar for every stock buy and sell but do not disclose it when you make a trade like other apps with lower fees do. I don’t have an issue with charging a fee but it’s not right to HIDE it. I didn’t even know until I saw my account balance wasn’t right.

Clippy, Buggy, and not reliable. Makes you deposit $100 and takes weeks for a withdrawal. weird tracking of your balance, needs major upgrade. Not an update! It needs a whole new app development.

It takes too long to get money transferred in your account and way too long to transfer it back. It’s not user friendly. When your in a hurry to buy an option it takes forever to get to the buy button plus the fees. I don’t like Robinhood that much but it’s way better than this trash.
