Log in experience is clunky, doesn’t seem to be designed for mobile. Functionality is a mess. Didn’t think anything could be worse than the website experience but this sure wins! And the UI design is decades dated. Do better, try harder. Love the service the company offers, the reps on the phone are exceptional too.
