UX is terrible, after log in first screen promotes to download the app even though you’re in the app! Log in experience is clunky, doesn’t seem to be designed for mobile. Functionality 
 is a mess. Didn’t think anything could be worse than the website experience but this sure wins! And the UI design is decades dated. Do better, try harder. Love the service the company offers, the reps on the phone are exceptional too. Such a shame to have a terrible online and app experience.

Not even an app. Just a wrapper around their buggy mess of a website. Call centres numbers disconnected. Error codes everywhere. Ugly and impossible to use on a phone. 

Why are plane companies using this ? Really confused.

The app crashes out when I try to select an airline on the upgrade page. Tried reloading, restarting, reinstalling. Piece of junk

Purchased an FPO and trying to book flights through the app nothing works. 
Tried to find out who supports the app, no luck there as it takes you to the regular option town website. Wow guys you really need to fix the app

I used Optiontown a few years ago going to and from Vietnam on Vietnam airlines. It was the best ever getting upgraded to premium economy. We were hoping to do it again this year when we return to Vietnam but the prices has gone up quite a bit. I'll wait until closer to our departure date and hope it goes down in price.

Wonderful service, need to invest in an app redesign. Example, you can’t save credit card information so you need to re enter it EVERY TIME!
