Often times, despite having routes well under 100 addresses, i would get their only error message implies that you have 200 addresses and thus cannot upload the file. Then had me walking . Taking paths instead of roads **Developer response:** To avoid being routed back, make sure to mark each stop as “Success” or “Failed” — this tells the app to move on. The free version includes a limit on the number of stops per route. Uninstalled ### 1/5 — They make you pay *2025-04-04, version 1.60* I had the free version which is up to four routes per plan and they are now making me pay for a premium service which I decline to do. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great app for daily routes, but one issue needs attention *2026-06-20* I use OptiWay every single day for my delivery routes, and overall it’s a great tool. It’s fast, reliable, and the optimization itself is solid. I really appreciate how much time it saves me on the road and how easy it is to load my stops and get moving. However, there is one recurring issue that makes my workflow harder than it should be. My default service time per stop is 25 minutes, but whenever I import routes using a .txt or Excel file, the app resets every stop to 1 minute. This forces me to manually fix each stop one by one, which is extremely time‑consuming. The only workaround I’ve found is to finish the route, then copy it again from inside the app as a new route so the correct service time is preserved. It works, but it shouldn’t be necessary. If OptiWay could keep the correct service time when importing routes, it would make the app absolutely perfect for daily professional use. I hope the team can address this soon, because everything else about the app is excellent. **Developer response:** Thank you for the detailed feedback — it is very important to us.
