iPhone 13 pro max doesn’t work I push to start free trial and push my payment plan option it says success and backs out then the payment screen comes back and when I try doing it it says I already have done it so I try backing out and pops back up saying I need to pick a plan. Sending me in a loop never goes farther than the choose payment

You need to select monthly or annual either way you receive a 30 day free trial.  Best to select monthly.   You can also try restarting your phone.
