## What is Optsy Mobile?

Optsy Mobile is the ultimate Field Service Management application for service techs in the field. Working in conjunction with the Optsy server application, this app will allow service companies and their technicians to work seamlessly and more efficient. Some of the highlights are:

App is cumbersome to use, too many "clicks" required to perform simple tasks. 
The FieldOne app was just as bad.

The overall look is nice but now the client names are replaced with work order numbers when you look at the dispatch page. You can no longer see who the techs are at each job on the dispatch page. The problems tab doesn't display anything when clicked on. I would also like the map to open up apple map app or at least the option to pick between Google or Apple maps.

The business I work for has been using FieldOne since I began working for them nearly four years ago. Although it had some quirks and compatibility issues when new versions of Apple iOS were released it was usable and allowed me to report my work. 
Enter my surprise when a week ago I turned on my iPhone 5c to check my jobs for the day. Field one was gone and in its place was something called Optsy. At first I didn't realize what had happened and looked all over my three iPhone screens for FieldOne. Not finding it I called my employer and told them that the FieldOne app had disappeared from my phone. I was told that Optsy had replaced FieldOne, but not to download Optsy. I told them I didn't download it, I had replaced FieldOne on my screen. I have been trying to use Optsy for the past week and it is not at all user friendly in the current version. Very poor design and layout of all the tabs that were very easy to find and navigate on FieldOne. One glaring problem is when I attempt to enter data into the tech notes area, adding only one character causes the screen to flip up to the Slot Details box. This makes it virtually impossible to enter tech notes. 
Needless to say I am not happy with using Optsy, the problem is FieldOne is no longer available on the App Store as a download. I have checked the settings on my iPhone and cannot find where automatic updates was selected. I guess I'm just one of the fortunate ones who got Optsy without asking for it. 
If it was possible to give Optsy less than one star I would. It certainly needs a lot of work and should not have been released in its current form.

This app was decent until the update of iOS. It has been a couple months and you can't go in progress, complete or anything. I would suggest using a different app!!

This was a great app until the iOS update. It's been several weeks and still no app update to fix this problem.

You can no longer clock in and out because it locks the app up.
Any time you hit one of the drop-down menus it locks the app.
The signature area still works correctly though.

For the update it worked fine.
