And not on website. Poor/incorrect handling of phone number edits. One was totally bogus. So?that number wasn’t in there last month…. Very basic now.always crashes, delete app and reinstall 3 times already ### 4/5 — Fairly Good App *2025-02-11, version 3.13.0* I’ve been using this app for as long as it’s been around I think, it’s easy to use, and they are responsive about fixing glitches like when it crashed before log in. The only problem I have with it now is I can’t get the biometrics to work because there is a glitch that prevents me from playing it because their print doesn’t fit am IPhone 14 Pro Max screen and I can’t scroll down. On another note, my medication comes quickly, is tracked to my door and Optum also sends me nice little quotes and a reminder that my medication has been dropped off via an automated phone call. If you have speciality medication I highly recommend them Plus, I like their regular pharmacy for other medications as well, three month refills without the hassle of a pharmacy tech telling me I can’t have something a Dr. has prescribed to me, for reasons the pharmacist tech might not understand. Since it is expensive, I have not been told how it we’ll be delivered or if a signature is required. The app is worst than customer service at Optum speciality pharmacy. There is always an error message that says something like the bug may be fixed if you try again. I’ve been trying for a month. My oncologist put in a prescription for a 3 month supply. They provided a 15 day supply because the medication is expensive, and the doctor may decide not to continue. On the bill it still says it’s a 90 day supply. My most recent order of the prescription arrived and the order said it was for 180 days but it’s 180 pills which is a 30 day supply. The 15 day supply is $39. The 30 day supply is $195. Frequently, it doesn’t even provide me a login portal. When it does, Face ID will fail, and I’ll have to go to the website to log in. Occasionally, when going there, it does not recognize my username, and I end up calling to place a refill.
