On some occasions my payment has not been processed resulting in me contacting Opus direct in order to avoid late payment charges however they have refused to take payment over the phone! Luckily with my persistence they agreed to take payment however it causes unnecessary anxiety each month payment is due! **Developer response:** Hi there! Thanks for leaving us a review. I'm sorry for any issues you've had with the app. I do apologise as well if sometimes an agent isn't able to take a payment over the phone. Due to the current situation, we ask our customers to self serve, so either use the app or use the automated system when ringing our line. This is so we can assist other customers who are vulnerable or have difficulty self serving. If you do encounter any issues with our payment system in the future, we have a messaging team available over the app. Although we're unable to take a payment, we can raise this to be looked into further for you and advise you further.
