If they had more ethical business practices i would consider re subbing. Until now, I had only used it for basic tasks like extracting podcast clips, which worked fine. However, a few days ago, I decided to use it to edit a full video. Due to a saving issue/glitch, I lost my entire project—representing several hours of hard work. I now have to start the whole editing process from scratch. What is particularly disappointing is that I spent several days in contact with customer support, and they were completely unable to retrieve the correct version from their project history. I had experienced a similar issue in the past with a competing tool, and their team was able to restore my work without problem. As a content creator, this cost me a tremendous amount of valuable time. This software is simply not reliable for actual video editing. App is terrible. The option to edit ONE WORD at a time is not editing. Basically it’s a use the clip they found as is, or don’t.
