Been trying to utilize for over a month. Cannot get past the identity verification screen. It continues to say “ we couldn’t find your account “ even though I have used the card several times. What a waste of an app!!!!

Needed estimate for spouse CT scan. After entering information from physician on type of scan & place of service, I received a speedy & accurate estimate according to my benefits! Very helpful!

First time using the app and an overall great experience. Was able to get all my questions answered in a matter of minutes. Also, easy to use and keep track of all of my medical info.

Empara has been such a life saver when I haven’t had my health card on hand.  Additionally, it’s been useful at the pharmacy to make sure they have the right information for me and my family.  It’s great to have everything in one place- no brainer for any employee group to offer to their employees!
