When i launch the oqic medical app it isApp crashing and redirecting to the apple settings …  finding difficulty to track the claims and pre approvals

Very long time ago review written but application developer not seen. Also written personal mail as well as telephonic contacted to customer service and explain about IOS platform application not working.

The design is outdated - you can definitely do the one like Lemonade (US insurtech) or Renaissance Insurance or Budu (bothe russian).

Please also add possibility to add Insurance card to Apple wallet and ability to call via internet and chat to the insurance comapny
