No wonder people are quitting working for the state and going to private pay. Dumbest idea ever switching to this app! Don’t even get me started on health insurance through them ### 1/5 — Way to go SoO *2023-11-03, version 4.6.0* I appreciate a useless app…where is the money going for the care of our at risk people and the people who care for them? It sure isn’t going where it needs to go…like into creating a functional way to clock in and out…glad it can still be done historically or we would all be working for peanuts (oh wait…)! ### 1/5 — WORST APP EVER *2023-09-11, version 4.4.0* You would think a state agency REQUIRING you to use an app could AT LEAST have one that functions! ### 1/5 — Terrible system *2023-06-09, version 4.2.0* Worst app I’ve used. At least once a week i will clock in and it won't even register that I clocked in. Or I will go to clock in the next day and it will still be clocked in even though i know I clocked out. Then if that happens going on the website to correct it is difficult and extra time consuming. Very frustrating. And worst off I have to go home and input on my iPad, on my time. You can’t even input mileage on your phone. Worst system ever! ### 1/5 — Why Metric? *2022-12-31, version 3.2.36* Why do we have to figure our time in decimals? If I have hours and minutes, I know exactly when I have to clock out. I hate having to spend the time figuring amounts like 1.37 hrs for instance. I do appreciate the removal of notices in many different languages. That was so frustrating. I've sent emails about this issue with no reply. ### 1/5 — Worst app I've ever used *2022-12-23, version 3.2.36* Worst part of job. I would happily get beat up in the grocery store by a cognitively impaired adult again if it made this app function even slightly better. I would get poo poo on my hands again if it meant we could go back to vouchers. No aspect of this work is more unpleasant than force quitting this app 30 times in a row trying to get it to work long enough to document one timestamp. It seriously makes me want to cry every day. The amount of human suffering these people caused when they falsely represented themselves to the state of Oregon as capable of creating a time capture system is IMMEASURABLE. I'm sure I wouldn't feel this way if I got to know them well, but to me, right now, I really feel, emotionally, like they all deserve to die for what they do to every state homecare worker in Oregon 2x a shift. Why do they make it so hard for caregivers to get paid? The app is inconsistent, and non responsive. It lags terribly and is generally difficult to use. The introduction covers several pages but it’s so wide that it is difficult to scroll to the end. The password recovery process worked on like the 4th try because there were many pitfalls. As always, a dozen notification boxes is always the most fun part of clocking in. And now, the screen is frozen and unresponsive for 8-10 seconds before I can type my password. Why is 2-factor authentication necessary for an app like this? Requiring a password change every two months is also overly excessive and an idiotic time waster. ### 1/5 — Last Update is Buggy *2026-07-23, version 7.7.0* Last update has made app completely useless. Way too many bugs. Trouble logging in, and now it’s stuck on just “loading” spinning forever. I can’t log in to clock in anymore. The worst update by far of this app. Bug fixes have created even more bugs. Now I have to just log in through the website portal to input the hours instead at the end of the day. I have a newer iphone also with plenty of storage and I deleted the app and re downloaded it to see if it helps but nothing. There’s nothing else I can do now to fix this issue. And yes I did also power off my phone and turned it back on to check if that would fix the problem. Nope. And my mobile data and wifi work perfectly fine as well. This app is a primitive nightmare. I attended the training, and it is not difficult to use. ### 4/5 — Great idea! Needs improvement! *2021-12-13, version 3.2.24* Great idea switching from paper to mobile! I would give five stars if not for one issue. Logging in has issues that it won’t save your information for faster logins. Pros: -easier clock in and out -shows accumulated time and time left. -no more driving to submit vouchers -mobile Cons: -new update made app slower in response time. -no Face ID -doesn’t save login info -doesn’t have an option for logging miles -once clocked in cant access the main page until clocked out. -would be nice if it shows hours left on main page and not after you hit clock in option. -hate having to scroll past the first page every login, explaining system updates. 😬 I appreciate the new system of logging hours and the app is working decently. Old paper way was definitely easier in some ways but I had to drive wayyy out of my way to submit vouchers every two weeks. Thank you! ### 3/5 — Crikey, It ain’t that bad *2024-10-03, version 5.8.0* Geez, I just read the review of the person who says the creator deserve to die for creating such human suffering… It took a little getting used to, but …want to go back to vouchers? heck no. Maybe that person is only using the app and doesn’t have the website on their computer? You can do a lot of correction and other functions like communicating with staff online on the webpage. I use them in tandem. Like when I get a notification that I need to change my password that I can’t remember, I go to the website to change it. I do hate that we have to change our password every 60 days, but oh well, that’s life in the big city. The only thing that really bothers me is that a I do feel like a criminal when I have forgotten to log out the day before… so now the timestamp would be for more than 16 hours and I need to cancel the whole entry. But you can’t cancel without logging out first and to do that you have to pinky swear that the inaccurate time you are entering is accurate and that stating so, if it is inaccurate, is fraud. So in order to cancel some thing, I first have to commit fraud. That feels really uncomfortable. I wish there was another option for canceling the entry. Other than that, I think it is a great improvement over handwritten vouchers. ### 3/5 — I am a provider *2021-12-13, version 3.2.23* My app expired and I can’t log out off my shift! I downloaded the app again and it is asking for a eg number or something like this! Please help! I will lose a lot of money ### 2/5 — Bugged login *2026-07-23, version 7.7.0* I often have to close and reopen the app multiple times to get to app to register that I’m tapping the password text bar and wont let me type my password. Now I open the app at it is stuck “loading” and nothing is working to allow me to log in to the application ### 2/5 — Needs Face ID *2024-06-13, version 5.5.0* This app requires you to change your pw at a max of 60 days, which is completely unnecessary. If we are forced to change our password so often, we should have the option to use Face ID to log in. Performance is still slow, often crashes or gets stuck on loading. It just started acting up this way not too long ago, and it’s very frustrating. This App is a piece of CRApp! I didn’t have this problem before, now it’s all the time. PS When I was with Android, I kept getting the “circle of death” and had to close out, and restart. Now with Apple, it’s acting up this way. Please improve this and get rid of the bugs for us, and for our sanity!
