The app doesn’t work.
Not surprised since this is all a racket.

The VA is the only medical facility using this app in my area for vendor credentialing.  Everything you do on this doesn’t function and you have to send a message that takes a 24-hr response. Junk!

The app navigation is comical, except for the fact that I need this to do my job. At $350 per year, this doesn’t perform. The five other vendor credentialing apps I also have to pay for, operate much more smoothly and don’t look like they were created in 2004. The app is essentially the webpage condensed to barely fit your phone, you can’t read full screens.

Why must I manually key in user/pswd every. single. time I open this app? If I try to paste my pswd the app glitches like crazy. Just another half baked app trying to siphon money from med device reps.
