It is perfect for self reflection, guidance and grounding. I specially take comfort in the Hafez section as he has always been my guiding light, and I love that the app includes the original Persian text with easy to read font (with inclusion of the vowel symbols, which are often left out in Persian text), as well as reflection journal questions at the end, to help apply the guidance.
