I cannot see any button to change tabs or filter in dashboard?

Am really shocked to see Oracle delivering a half developed app. The App logs you out if there is 15 mins of inactivity and you have to key in username and password. Can you think about the users who have to type their email address and password everytime! The least you could have done is enable Face ID or finger print scanner. Such a disappointment product from Oracle

I used to use this app A LOT. Since I was forced to update the app, it has been useless. Constantly asking me to connect, then I have to login, have a code text to me, and then FINALLY, I get to the data which is now in a more difficult to use and navigate format. I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times and nothing has helped. Even calling support. I’ve decided to delete the app for good until someone gets this thing back on track. 👎🏼

Simply can not log in.My organisation has told me to turn off SSO but when I press the setting cog nothing happens. Have tried uninstalling, using different iPhones/iPads but happens on all of them!

This is a widely used app by our sales force but since updating to the newest version, users are unable to connect server. They have the correct host protocol and port number. Any help on this is highly appreciated.

Since the latest update the app has become an inconvenience to use. The layout is not user friendly and having to log in each time using a text verification is annoying.  It used to be my most used app and now don’t even bother using it anymore.

The app still doesn’t work, even after a couple small updates.

**Developer response:** I am sorry to hear your are having trouble connecting.  We recently updated the app and corrected all the connection issues were were experiencing.  Please update to the latest version and try again. Remember when you connect it is best to include the protocol host and port.  ex. https://myserver:443. If you don't include all that we try a bunch of variations and that can slow things down.  Let us know how it goes.

If you are still on 19... version, stay! Starting from v20.0.0, we have lost the ability to use mobile app for our OBI dashboards: the app is slow, users are not able to navigate dashboards, BI Publisher reports don’t start, dependent prompts are not populated. Support is not helpful and only wants to close tickets. I can see now why customers are leaving Oracle and why Oracle shares are in decline...
