Wish they would fix it soon! Cannot get any data. Won’t even let me login. **Developer response:** I am sorry to hear your are having trouble connecting. We recently updated the app and corrected all the connection issues were experiencing. Please update to the latest version and try again. Remember when you connect it is best to include the protocol host and port. ex. https://myserver:443. If you don't include all that we try a bunch of variations and that can slow things down. Let us know how it goes. ### 1/5 — Bring back Email link *2016-04-25* Whoever in Oracle decided to remove the email link from the page options menu should be fired. That was the easiest way for executives to send an OBI content they are looking at to their staff for further investigation. Did you guys even consult your customers before removing that feature? I recomend oracle test your app before release. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The app logs you out - half developed app *2020-10-12, version 20.0.4* Am really shocked to see Oracle delivering a half developed app. The App logs you out if there is 15 mins of inactivity and you have to key in username and password. Can you think about the users who have to type their email address and password everytime! The least you could have done is enable Face ID or finger print scanner. Such a disappointment product from Oracle ### 1/5 — Can not connect *2019-06-20* This app does not work and I cannot connect to server. When I try to connect to the demo it doesn’t work. Do you QA your code at all? ### 1/5 — Operator *2018-12-28* I used to use this app A LOT. Since I was forced to update the app, it has been useless. Constantly asking me to connect, then I have to login, have a code text to me, and then FINALLY, I get to the data which is now in a more difficult to use and navigate format. I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times and nothing has helped. Even calling support. I’ve decided to delete the app for good until someone gets this thing back on track. 👎🏼 ### 1/5 — Unable to reach host due to an invalid certificate *2018-10-14* Hi, downloaded the application and when I tried to login, I got the above error. Starting from v20.0.0, we have lost the ability to use mobile app for our OBI dashboards: the app is slow, users are not able to navigate dashboards, BI Publisher reports don’t start, dependent prompts are not populated. Support is not helpful and only wants to close tickets. I can see now why customers are leaving Oracle and why Oracle shares are in decline... ### 1/5 — Do not update!!!! *2018-08-21* The latest app is not even functional. Let us know how it goes. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works as described. *2015-04-13, version 11.1.1.7.0 (11.6.27)* This app seems to offer most of the functionality available via a browser on the laptop. I like that all OBIEE dashboards are instantly available. No mobile development required. ### 3/5 — connection issues since latest update *2018-09-27* This is a widely used app by our sales force but since updating to the newest version, users are unable to connect server. They have the correct host protocol and port number. Any help on this is highly appreciated. ### 3/5 — Please address the login issue ASAP *2013-07-02* This release has been a heartache for my IT department. We sent out a communication to not download this version, but we had a large base of users install it. Thanks to Oracle for releasing a workaround until the fix is released. Hopefully it comes soon.
