The bane of our existence ### 2/5 — Sygic GPS link doesn’t work *2024-03-21, version 2024.01.1* Sygic GPS link doesn’t work on iPhone but it works fine on Android. Please fix this as copy and pasting addresses from work orders is more of a hassle than it needs to be. ### 1/5 — Less than one star. *2024-03-06* It could be my iPhone, but it sounds like there’s an issue with this app. I’ve had to delete this app once to three times a day and reload it just to close out a task. I’ll check in to a site and it just goes blank. The only “fix” is delete and reload. I don’t have enough time in my day to keep doing this. This app is very glitchy, it takes 30 secs to switch between “Accepted, Committed, Travel & Working” so 2 minutes total, which is WASTE OF TIME. There should be an option to jump ahead of commit/ travel to working especially when you have two ATMs on site! This app will also crash frequently & you have to repeatedly close & refresh the app to get it to work properly. 0/10 would not recommend. We take this feedback seriously and appreciate you reporting it. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-07-07* Trying to be everything to everybody. UX is awful. Nothing is simple. Multiple keystrokes back and forward to complete a simple task. Keeps locking up, even on new hardware. Terrible platform. The Devs just blame the system administrator. But this is what you get when AI is your lead developer. If your company uses this shoddy app, it’s a sign they’re heading out of business. EDIT: And as expected the dev responds with it my System Admin or Managers issue, not ORACL£. They then get the review removed by Apple. Calls booked for AM are put last. PM calls first. You will not use an app that will drain your battery faster. If you don’t have a battery to when it actually work you will kill your battery from 100% to 10% in under an hour. Faulty every step of the way full of glitches, lock ups, lose all info, reinstall start over from square one. Routing efficiency.
