Even using it with Oracle’s own cloud infrastructure, it proves to be problematic. It will not consistently push notify you of an MFA. You have to access the app and then it will pop up or you have to refresh your list of MFA configurations. It also crashes periodically to the point where you must reboot your phone 2 or three times. I thought the issue was my old phone until I upgraded my device and it continued. ### 2/5 — Closing automatically *2026-06-05* The application is closing as soon as it open, that fails the authentication, this issues came up today. I really suggest Oracle should hire a professional team to deal with this, or stop using this new revision. Now I cannot access to my Aconex as I need to do the second step verification, however, the second step must be verified with this app which I never logged in…. Call the hotline and wait for more than 1 hour but no one picked up the call, leave voice messages and no one call me back…. I give 1 star as I cannot give 0. ### 3/5 — UX? Also, missing lots of nice basic stuff like automatic backup to either OneDrive or iCloud, making life more difficult if you ever lose your phone or need to migrate to a different device.
