You can now see your own panorama the whole time — while it uploads and while the review runs. Your profile showcase stays put Spheres pinned to your showcase used to disappear when you refreshed or came back from another tab. They now stay where you pinned them, and the verified badge shows on profiles too. Your notification preferences are saved Toggles in notification settings would not keep your choice. They now stay the way you set them. "This week's discovery" has moved The weekly discovery prompt no longer sits at the top of Explore; it appears in the feed after you have browsed a few panoramas. ### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-16 Moving around a panorama feels natural When you drag a panorama, the view now follows your finger. Error messages tell you what actually happened When a panorama, comment or profile change can't be saved, we no longer blame your internet connection for everything: we tell you whether it's the connection, whether the server declined the action, or whether your session has expired. First share with a new account fixed A panorama shared right after verifying your email was sometimes rejected. You can now share as soon as your email is verified. ### 1.2 — 2026-09-15 The first launch shows instead of tells Open the app and you get a real panorama you can turn with your finger, not a stack of intro pages. No account, no connection, no permission — just touch it and look around. Add straight from Photos "Add to OradaOl" is now in the share sheet. Pick your panorama in Photos and start uploading without opening the app at all. Explore, redesigned The card no longer looks like a card: the photo runs edge to edge, with the title and the "Step inside" button sitting on the image itself. "For you" and "Following" are separate tabs now, the search bar is always visible, and you can save a panorama straight from the card. Your profile is a planetary system Your panoramas are a constellation of spheres textured with the real images instead of a flat list. You can pin your three favourite worlds to the top of your profile, and your stats sit around your avatar. Share it as a Story You can export a vertical video of your panorama for Instagram Stories — with the brand-forward "Portal" template or the memory-forward "Moment" one. The link you share opens in 360° in a browser even for people without the app. Sharing is down to two steps First you pick your panorama and preview it, then you add the title and your preferences. Face blurring, GPS and publish timing stay visible as a summary even when the panel is closed — you never post without seeing what you're posting. It helps where you get stuck When the connection drops on panorama, discovery and notification screens, you get a visible "Try again" instead of an empty screen. Your account is more closed off Your email, notification preferences and quiet hours moved to a separate record only you can read. Uploading a panorama now requires a verified account. The app speaks full English The English translation is now complete; Spanish, French, Hindi and Simplified Chinese coverage has been expanded. ### 1.1 — 2026-09-12 Bring what you shot with your glasses Pick the frames you took with Ray-Ban Meta or Oakley Meta glasses; OradaOl measures the rotation between them and stitches everything into a single 360° sphere. It all happens on your phone — no frame is uploaded for processing. Discover now looks inside the panorama The image on the card no longer sits still; turn your phone and you move around inside that place. Naming a place finally does something The place name you type makes your panorama show up on that place's page, so others can search and find it. That name is not your GPS location. Fewer dead ends Sharing is no longer blocked when iCloud is off. Error messages tell you what happened and what to do, instead of raw system text.
