Why isn’t there a time period where we can add in treatments that were forgotten? What’s the point of this app to be truly useful? Needs lots of work! The videos are hard to understand and too long. Lost volume. Cannot hear any of the videos even though I deleted and uploaded app several times. Gave feedback to company. The tap to record touches button stops working after a few minutes, and I'm no longer to record any touches. 2. Why are we forced to enter the time manually? It should be automatic based on our session and then given an option to override. 3. Sessions should be recorded automatically when timer is complete, with an option to record session manually. 4. The reminders should be automatic and twice a day, with the ability for us to set the am and pm times. 5. There's no way to zoom in on the photos or export them. It's ridiculous how manual this app is, which defeats its whole purpose. It'd be easier for me to track things in a spreadsheet at this rate. ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-12-23, version 1.2* So unhelpful. The tap to touch button doesn’t work for the second round of the day. And now every time I try to use the app and walk away and come back to it it totally resets. I have been in touch with support. They are kind and tell me they are working on it. It’s been two weeks now. Doesn’t bode well for my confidence in Oralift. Why on earth would anyone want to record SECONDS in their wear time? All my progress is gone, too. The timer used to stop on its own according to the set time and now it has to be manually stopped.
