Forcing people to change cellular plan (I mean: giving option: accept new plan or leave) is a terrible business practice. 

Your Flex Apple Watch app constantly logging off so the widget shows mostly old irrelevant data is a lack of basic app development testing procedure. 

If you weren’t the only provider offering two eSIMs with one number for iPhone and Apple Watch in Poland I’d be long gone. Proudly accept one extra star for that.

So E-sims are kinda bad where it’ll drop your data sometimes, or not text them when it should be, or cause you to use the wrong line.
Overall the data has been phenomenal, no issues.

Been using this service for over a year, it is convenient and I enjoy it but I am terribly annoyed that the app completely logs me out after a month, and I never get notifications for payment. I usually top off for 4 months at a time and get disconnected from the service because I I don't get notified that a payment is due or that I don't have cash in account. These issues persist on Android so most likely it's not an important feature for you to get notifications or to keep your login info cached.

Terrible ‘service’ from Orange all the way. Second time it has happened after first time in France 2019. Service still has not transitioned properly from in store bought service to Orange Flex (no in store support). 0/5

I used to have no issues with this app, but now I can’t log in at all. When I enter my email and password and press “Next,” the button just blinks and nothing happens. If I try to sign in with Google, it shows an error saying I’m trying to register instead of logging in, and that “this email already exists in the database.”

I contacted support, explained everything in detail, and even recorded a video - but they told me to write in the in-app chat, which I can’t access because I can’t log in! Please help me, I’m desperate. I need to top up my account through the app, but I’m completely locked out.

Zgłaszam, że chce przejść na kartę, nie dostaje żadnej odpowiedzi. Zgłaszam znowu że chce przejść na kartę, cisza. Zgłaszam znowu że chcę przejść na karte - Orange informuje że muszę opłacić qbonament, bo inaczej mnie nie przeniosą - mimo, że jak zgłaszałem pierwszy raz mialem aktywny abonament. Oczywiscie jedyna droga do przejscia to kontakt z konsultantem, nie mozna tego zrobic samemu - jednym slowem naciagactwo

Paid for things I didn’t need to, couldn’t get a refund on two occasions. Roaming is a nightmare with a lot of very technical fiddles needed to make it work. Wouldn’t bother again - worth paying a few zloty extra for reliability and clear tech support.

I’m an Australian visiting Europe - namely Poland  - and have absolutely loved Orange as a provider and this app. My travel buddy chose an in person off the shelf product with a data allowance that was stratospheric and very cheap (look for the packaged SIM deals that are either 1zł or zero złote - if you are travelling through Poland for up to a Lo to you will have internet calls and SMS for free - even after that month, it’s brilliant value!) I chose the flex app and have been very impressed - it’s easy, logical and comes with incentives: I had approx 10gb (approx: I can’t remember the exact amount) for outside-of-Poland use when we travelled to other EU countries and coupled with accommodation wifi it was very sufficient! Orange has a great rep for good reason.

Aplikacja działa wspaniale. Nigdy nie widziałem tak dobrze działającej aplikacji. Wszystko po prostu działa i nie zawiesza się. Na nic nie trzeba czekać. Ceny są super i łatwo wziąść to co potrzeba. Personalnie mieszkam w UK od długiego czasu i Orange Flex pozwoliło mi trzymać Polski numer w telefonie używając karty eSIM.

I used Orange Flex when I came to Poland and the experience was a BREEZE I selected a plan which are so cheap and then I scanned my passport and once they verified i installed the eSIM and I had AMAZING 5G service in Poland.
I wish every carrier could have something like Orange Flex.
