When they talk about coming in 60 minutes, be prepared to be surprised - they are either on dot or even early. Reports are timely and everything is online and so seamless; its a wonder and they have cracked it. Have already started recommending them to my friends and colleagues and based on the a short interaction with them, be ready for many more services. I received a message stating that some of my reports were ready and was provided a link to view the partial report. However, after entering my phone number and OTP, I was unable to access the reports and was instead shown a message asking me to contact the service provider for the report status. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that they could not provide the reports directly to me and that the reports had been shared only with their partner. As the patient whose samples were tested, I found it extremely frustrating that I could not access my own completed reports despite receiving a notification that they were ready. The support staff were polite, but the overall process was confusing, inconsistent, and lacked transparency. If reports are not available to patients directly, that should be communicated clearly from the beginning rather than sending notifications suggesting that reports are ready to view. It has been noted and will be reviewed to help improve the overall customer experience. ### 1/5 — Fraud and Misleading Advertisement *2026-04-06* I had a very frustrating experience with Orange Health Labs and their “Orange One” plan. The ads clearly claim benefits like “100 tests in a year,” but the actual usage is extremely misleading. When I tried to book just 6 tests after 2 months, I was charged a very high amount, and the coupons provided under the plan did not apply to test packages, which are actually cheaper. Instead, I was forced to select individual tests that are priced significantly higher. For example, a full body checkup package costs around ₹1599, but only 6 out of all tests individually were priced above ₹4000. This pricing structure feels intentionally designed to prevent users from actually benefiting from the plan. On top of that: • Only 10 coupons are provided for the entire year • Each coupon is capped at ₹2000 • You are asked to split orders just to use multiple coupons This makes the “100 tests” claim practically unusable and highly misleading. Overall, this feels like a classic case of deceptive pricing and advertising. The entire experience was shockingly unprofessional — your team appeared completely clueless about the process, timelines, and even basic communication. When it comes to healthcare and diagnostics, accuracy, reliability, and professionalism are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, your service failed on every front. This is not a minor inconvenience — it’s a breach of trust in a critical health service. I will never recommend Orange Health to anyone and will actively discourage people from using your services if this is the standard you operate at. I live in Kishangarh NewDelhi. I reached out for customer service via WhatsApp but they take forever to reply like are they checking or they went offline? I don’t know if i’m just unlucky or it is the regular service . Sample submission to labs took hours after collection although lab is less than a km away from pick up location. Now reports are delayed even longer. Overall, not a worthy service if what you are looking for is reliability and accuracy. Perhaps look for some better service provider or walk up to nearby test / diagnostics labs. ### 1/5 — Dupliacate/fake reports were made *2025-05-14* As I m writing this review after using multiple times for blood test in orange labs As previously we thought reports are sent is accurate however this time we checked the previous blood report sent and todays as result were same and only dates are changed How this is possible if I asked to check this repost again but the assistance support person was rude and informed to consult with doctor. Multiple time informed him to recheck the report he is not ready to accept the mistake. Please check this.. Not using this app now onwards recommending all the people go to nearby hospitals or consult direct doctor for the tests if the tests are not proper then tablets or other medications affect ur life.. The emedic doesn’t reach on time and at 11:30 calls and says I’ll take another 30 mins do I still need to come? For an app that provides medical tests; being on time should be a priority and if there’s a delay, can expect a 10-15 mins delay and not a 30-40 mins delay and after that instead of apologising and trying to explain the reason for the delay, saying do you still want me to come is a very bad experience and will never use this app ever again or suggest to anyone **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. My overall experience gave me a vibe Orange Health Labs could be next Theranos, unreliable I have to test again now. Wasted my time, energy and blood. Reply:- if I was I would have been explained properly then I would have deleted/edited the review. ### 1/5 — Sample not processed twice incorrectly. *2023-06-02* In some cases Incompetent technicians are sent to take the blood samples. Not sure if it the person taking the blood or the people processing the report but this issue is repeating for the second or third time with me. They take blood, process few reports and later on call and say that sorry Mam we have to redo it. Who can keep giving blood ? I have never faced this issue with Apollo. These people are extremely prompt and well to service customer until taking the sample. After the sample is taken then they call and back and say that, we need to redo. Now I have doubt on the reports they have sent. Please make your decision wisely.
