Cluttered, complicated & unpleasant to use
The Orange Maxit app is awful. It is cluttered, complicated, and unpleasant to use — yet Orange requires it for certain account services. The app is a reason to avoid Orange (aside from their frequent service outages and terrible customer service).

Il te charge extra à chaque fois et toujours des problèmes techniques à ne pas en finir. Great potential but poor execution. Need some real work.
