I can login online with the same information (library card number and pin) but as soon as I open the app to use the same information it says invalid. Pointless app and have to keep using the website; please fix!!

Like everyone else is saying, you can no longer access the app at all. I can’t use it. I can’t see checkouts or search. I can’t even open it. Pleas fix asap

The app keeps saying it cannot connect to catalog server. It is now useless. I can’t search for books,  look at my account for any current holds, checked out materials, return dates, etc.
