Never works, hangs, no process. Fix it. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2019-06-21* They are horrible I ordered and my order was completely wrong and they didn’t give me my credit or money back ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2019-04-28* Paid a huge amount for a simple menu item, after an hour my delivery was incorrect. 15 plus minutes trying to rectify the situation, add 30 minutes and I still don’t have dinner...and sending my two doesn’t make us for missing it the first time. ### 1/5 — Review for app only *2018-12-01* The app is horrible. It’s constantly lagging& glitching & it’s not the easiest to navigate. I have to enter my address in every time & I have to log in every single time. I hate the app. The service& experience aside from the app is good! ### 1/5 — Check prices on their menu compared to restaurant menus *2018-10-25, version 1.1.1* Check the prices on the OC menu compared to the restaurant’s menu. Orange Crate charges quite a bit more. For example, I was looking to order a sushi roll that costs 11.95 at the restaurant and it is 15.99 on orange crate. So they charge extra per meal and a delivery fee... 🤔. They also have non-existent customer service if there is a problem with your order. Do yourself a favor and check to see if grub hub, seamless, or door dash is in your area. ### 1/5 — The worst *2018-09-04, version 1.1.1* Before they switched, it was a lot better. They cancel orders without communication and there is no number to call. ### 1/5 — $$$$ *2018-06-21, version 1.1.1* Way expensive, it basically cost $25 to get something delivered so more the your meal. ### 1/5 — Lots of delivery issues, no improvement over a month later... *2018-05-13, version 1.1.1* At least half the time I order something the company calls me to tell me they have no drivers and they’re cancelling my order or I’ll get the ‘we’re too busy to do any more deliveries today’ notice when I try to log on and order. The first time calling me to cancel happened they gave me a credit for a future delivery. Just got called and aside from ‘we’ll refund your credit card charge’ it was kinda crap customer service. The first time I got the ‘too busy’ message it gave me a code to use for a discount...the next 5 times (different days of the weeks, different times, different restaurants) it gave the same code but when I tried to order a day or so after I got the ‘you can’t use this code again’ message. I really really want to use these guys because they technically deliver for a lot of places that UberEats/Grubhub/etc don’t...but if over half the time I try to order I can’t and/or I get the ‘too busy’ message, it doesn’t matter how many places you supposedly deliver for...because I can’t actually get any food to show up. ### 1/5 — Inflated Prices *2018-04-13* I was going to order until I saw the item I wanted was $10 higher than in the restaurant, then they added deliver, tax & a $10 tip to the driver. I would have paid $25 in the restaurant but having it delivered was going to cost me over $58. I dont mind paying extra but more than double is too much. ### 1/5 — Horrible in New Bern *2018-03-17* This app is false advertising. My “delivery professional” couldn’t figure out to use GPS and had the audacity to be exceedingly rude to me when she called to say she couldn’t find my house. She made a wrong turn. When she finally showed up, the food was lukewarm - she did not have a heat-insulted bag - and looked as if it fell over in her car. I am currently awaiting a response from a chat agent with the developer, but a way to review a driver or file a complaint is absolutely lacking. This turned a $40 order into a $63 order... use door dash or grub hub instead. ### 1/5 — Disappointed!!! *2020-03-21* I live out in Radium Spring and was SO EXCITING to finally have a place be able to deliver out here...not only are the menu prices much higher, but the fees are RIDICULOUS!!!! I know you obviously have to pay more for it being delivered but Jesus $25 to have $9 worth of food delivered? I tried to do a different order because that price was crazy and it was $16 in tax, $5 to deliver, plus you have to tip the driver. It’s nuts. They’ve always been punctual, food delivered correctly, great customer service when I call in if there has been an issue. Food always comes to me in an insulated bag, which is more than I can say from the bigger services. If you’re looking to support local, this is great company to order from! ### 5/5 — Very happy to have this place available to us! *2017-03-21* We don't have as many places available for delivery from them or any delivery service as we are living in a fairly new apartment complex in a busy city, but they offer enough options to keep us ordering! Love! ### 4/5 — My experience *2021-06-03* I got plaza Azteca, I got lunch fajitas and cheese dip and the lady let me know when she was there, how old she’s be until here and if I’d like her to drop it off a certain way I asked her to leave it in the rocking chair and not knock and she did just that!! She amazing and the food was still warm and tasted to so good nothing was spilled of messy it was over all perfect BUT the reason I give it a 4 star is the prices. It’s very expensive you have a service fee, delivery fee, and you can leave a tip my food cost $13 but with the service and tip it was $19 and I did get free delivery but think about that it would have been with the $10 delivery. I decide what I want to order. I place my order. I sign in to my acct. I fill out everything to pay for my order. Then when I hit the place order to pay button, it just hangs, and hangs, and hangs there. This is the 2nd time the app has done that. I can’t complete an order. Please fix. The online website works great. No problem from beginning to end. We love it!!!
