Den Hersteller interessiert dies nicht. Mehrfach beschwert. Finger weg von diesen Produkt und Hersteller. Teuerer nicht funktionierender Schrott!!! ### 1/5 — Kein Verbindung *2025-01-22, version 8.96* Seit gestern startet die App noch mehr. Bis hat sie funktioniert. ### 1/5 — Zugang per App mangelhaft *2025-01-07, version 8.96* Die App sieht erstmal sehr schön aus und ist gut zu bedienen. Leider funktioniert die Übertragung zum Ofen nur sehr mangelhaft. Jetzt musste ich sie sogar einmal neu installieren. Seit dem funktioniert es noch schlechter mit der Übertragung zum Ofen. Der Pelletofen an sich ist erstklassig. Schön leiser und auch der Verbrauch einfach super. Ich hoffe, an der App wird noch mal in Kürze gearbeitet. ### 1/5 — Funktioniert leider nicht *2025-01-03, version 8.96* Seit 1 Jahr versuche ich unseren Pelletofen mit der App zu verbinden. Ohne Erfolg. Gerade kann ich mich nicht mal in der App anmelden. Wenn man Technik verkauft, sollte diese auch funktionieren. Probiere es von Zeit zu Zeit mal wieder. Ändere dann gerne meine Rezession. ### 1/5 — Es ist einfach nur Schrott *2024-12-17, version 8.96* Die App lief ersteinrichtung genau 4 Tage. Seitdem funktioniert nichts mehr. Nach mehreren resets konnte ich den Ofen nun wieder sehen. Er zeigt allerdings nichts weiter an und auch der Status ist einfach nur falsch. Die Öfen kosten so viel Geld, da könnt ihr doch wohl mal einen vernünftigen Programmierer einstellen der eine zuverlässige App entwickelt. Jedes noch so kleine chinagerät mit wlan funktioniert besser und zuverlässiger ### 1/5 — Nicht zu empfehlen *2024-12-16, version 8.96* Ich verwende die App seit Mitte 2023 in Verbindung mit einem Carus Aqua 2.0. Leider kann ich der vorherigen Kritik nur zustimmen - Aktualisierungen dauern sehr lange, Einstellungen müssen teilweise mehrfach wiederholt werden. Und was auch nervt ist, dass Funktionen, wie „Grafik“ oder „Liste der letzten Fehler“ nicht funktionieren! Auch der aktuelle Wert der Raumtemperatur wird nicht angezeigt! Das können andere Hersteller besser! Nachtrag 12/2024: Inzwischen musste ich die App zweimal neu installieren; vor 4 Monaten nahm die App keine Chrono-Werte mehr an und diesen Monat kam keine Verbindung zum Wifi-Modul zustande 👎 ### 1/5 — 1 Stern ist noch zu gut *2024-12-08, version 8.96* Seit Tagen versuchen wir die Oranier SmartCon App gemäß der Anweisungen zum Laufen zu bringen. Seit dieser Woche mit neuem Glasfaseranschluss Schluss und neuem schnellen WLAN-Router, der noch nicht viele Geräte verwaltet. Eine mittlere Katastrophe ist für die App noch gut ausgedrückt. Nachdem smartCon dann kurz funktionierte, der Ofen und Funktionen angezeigt wurden, betätigten wir den Button Start. Der Ofen zündete, startete den Verbrennungsvorgang und ging dann unmittelbar in den Standbymodus in die er bei manueller Betätigung, entweder über das Ofendisplay oder der Funkfernsteuerung nicht ging. Irgendeine Einstellung hat die App verändert. Die Funktionen der App waren nicht mehr ansteuerbar. Auch kann der Account, nach der Neuinstallation der App nicht gelöscht und neu angelegt werden. An der App muss mehr als gearbeitet werden. Ich kann die Vorrezensionen nur bestätigen. Jede andere Steuerungs-App ist ausgereifter. ### 1/5 — APP Funktion ist Glückssache 👎🏻 *2024-10-14, version 8.96* So viel in den Aqua investiert aber die Steuerung über die APP funktioniert mehr als ungenügend! Es ist nie ein aktueller Betriebsstatus zu erkennen. Änderungen werden kaum angenommen. Und wenn es richtig gut läuft, schmiert die APP so ab, dass man alles erneut einrichten kann! Absolut ungenügend…Idee und Layout gut….aber Funktionalität eine Katastrophe. Bitte mal alles überdenken und ein Update (letztes vor einem Jahr 🤣👎🏻) oder gar eine neue APP anbieten!!!! Diese sollte sich der Qualität des Ofens gleich gestellt sein! Aber wenn ich die ganzen Rezensionen hier lese, scheint es dem Hersteller wohl nicht zu interessieren!? Die Enttäuschung ist so groß, dass wir uns weitere Schritte vorbehalten.
