Ogni tot quando prendo il caffè preleva i soldi ma non eroga il prodotto.. non si può spendere 3 euro per un caffè di una macchinetta.. non so se è un problema legato all’app o al distributore

Ho caricato 5€ per errore, in quanto sul distributore era indicato il logo di Orasesta e relativa app, ma per funzionare il distributore richiedeva un’app ancora diversa, sempre dello stesso gruppo. Ho chiesto la restituzione/ il trasferimento del denaro sull’altra app per mesi, ma ovviamente nessuno ha risposto.
