The customer executive will talk irresponsible doesn’t even care about your travel schedule. Even if the bus delays they would through the blame on the bus operator and escape from the situation. They just need your money but they wouldn’t care if you onboard or not. ### 1/5 — Worst bus booking app ever – a total scam *2025-09-12* This app is absolutely horrible. Cancellations don’t work at all — even if you try well before the travel date, it simply shows errors and keeps your money. Tickets are marked “non-refundable” for no reason, and there’s no option for date change or reschedule. If the operator cancels, they still refuse refunds. Customer care is useless; no one replies to calls or emails. Prices shown are misleading and extra charges appear at checkout. Using this app is a waste of time and money — avoid it at all costs. ### 1/5 — Extremely disappointing service and negligence from Oray App. *2025-09-11* The bus booked through Oray was unsafe — AC not working, suffocation inside, unauthorized passengers, and staff under the influence of alcohol. I was even forced to get down at 1:30 AM in a dangerous forest area, risking my life. Customer support was no help. Calls were ignored, and though one staff member (Mr. Vignesh) answered, no action was taken. Such negligence and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Oray completely failed to support passengers in distress. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2025-07-09* No cancellation policy or rescheduling you will loss all you money if changes in plans When I called customer care guy he is telling they will implement all these in future and I have just replied I don’t think you don’t have future Don’t go for these third party scrap apps for little profit in booking, these guys are irresponsible ### 1/5 — Bus Booking & Refund *2025-06-26* Worst Booking service whenever you will book by this app if u want to cancel , the cancellation will be shown 80 to 90 % refund and whenever you talk to customer care they will read the bus policy and they will say nothing to refund as per the bus policy’s and they will not accept it’s their app fault and also after talking to the customer care they will call you in a half an hour they will never call until u call back and I suggest everyone not to use this app😡 ### 1/5 — Very bad *2025-06-11* Very Disappointed – Wasted My Whole Day! I booked a bus ticket for 12:30 AM through the Orey app. But when I reached out for support, they casually said it’s for 12:30 AM next day – even though I clearly selected the correct date and time. How can a ticket booked for early morning be pushed to the next day without proper warning or confirmation? This confusion wasted my entire day. Extremely poor communication and app design.
