You are halfway to the kitchen when you remember four things you have to do. By the time your phone is unlocked, you can name two. Orbi is a to-do list you talk to. Press the button, say what is on your mind, let go. It works out which parts are tasks and which are reminders, then files them with the right time attached. Say "remind me to call mom at 3" and a reminder arrives at 3. Say "milk, book the dentist, email Sara back" and you get three separate items. You do not have to phrase it carefully or say it twice. what it does Sorts the list for you. Tasks fall into categories on their own, and Smart Sort moves the urgent ones to the top. Sends reminders that land. Notifications go out as time sensitive, so they come through even with a Focus turned on. Shows your day beside your list. Orbi reads the next few events from your calendar, so you can see what is already booked while you plan the rest. It reads, and never writes. Repeats what repeats. Daily, weekdays, weekly or monthly, set once. Writes to Apple Reminders. Anything with a time also shows up in the Reminders app, and so on your iPad, your Mac and your watch. Works without opening the app. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Siri, a Control Center button, and the Action button. Speaks ten languages. English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish. Keeps count. Orbi updates, completes or deletes it for you. • Siri and Shortcuts: add, complete or record a task hands-free. • Control Center and the Action button: start recording without opening the app. • Widgets: choose whether each widget shows everything, only reminders or only priorities. • Long-press a task to set a reminder, make it repeat or mark it as a priority. • Reminder notifications now have Complete and Snooze buttons. • Three new themes — Lilac, Lagoon and Meadow — plus Auto, which follows your device's light and dark mode. • A little celebration when you keep your streak going. • Sign out or delete your account from Settings. • Privacy: task titles are no longer included in analytics. Orbi follows your device language automatically. • Voice capture is more reliable — Orbi retries when the connection stumbles instead of giving up, and tells you clearly when it didn't catch anything. • No more phantom to-dos from unclear recordings. • Sync fixes: tasks you delete on one device stay deleted everywhere, and completed items now sync too. • Faster recording and a smoother task list. • The record button now works with VoiceOver.
