The other 2 were purchased for me. The first one had problems but was fixed thru dealing with their “customer service”. Then it broke (as a small metal arm piece fell off as I was changing the battery. So I bought another. Nothing but problems and absolutely NO help from the present customer service person. Fortunately, my neighbor had a set. I remembered the Orbit my daughter had given me to help with misplaced keys. Orbit showed that my keys were at the gate at JFK where I had boarded my flight home. I contacted Southwest Airlines and they had been found. They were nice enough to overnight them to me. Needless to say, I can’t say enough good things about Orbit!!! Cons - separation alarm distance is only 5m distance despite advertising 30m. Also it only works if you’re within Bluetooth range which is only 5m. Disappointing.
