### 5/5 — A surprisingly useful app for achieving a long-term goal!

Anyone can say "I want to lose 10 pounds" or "I want to be a better cyclist" - but this app helps you in 3 very interesting ways: it guides you deciding on a goal, setting a completion metric and end-date, and then developing a method to achieve it. It asks questions through every step, asking about what you any, what you have, and what methods sound good to you. Through notifications, it reminds you daily to do the next step on your schedule. Its ability to actually understand what you are asking it and suggestions on how to complete it surprised me! It wasn’t ai slop or gibberish - it asked good questions and the responses changed the goals and methods to complete my task! I’m really glad I have this app a shot!
