If you need warranty support the web site forces you to the App which is broken. Tell me why I need an app to file a warrant claim for a defective valve. On top of the fact every one of these valves has failed in less than 2 years. Atrocious customer service and the naked attempts to collect data are insulting. Moreover, the app isn’t smart enough to diagnose the actual network problem.
