Recently, I paid an extra premium fee for the "Extra Fast" Visa transfer option to send money to my family. Instead of arriving fast, it was delayed until the next day. To make matters worse, you get stuck in an endless, time wasting loop with their pathetic AI customer service bot instead of getting actual help. Account should be freezed before accepting any transactions until customer provided all required documents. I did transfer on 24th Dec,2025 but they withheld and keeping money till I provide enough evidence. Why not just not accept transaction until account not updated. Useless services. They accept payments instantly through PayID, Apple Pay, and cards, but the actual transfer can take days with little to no updates or notifications. Do not rely on this service for urgent transactions. Customer support was unhelpful, and the overall experience was frustrating. The first money transfer took a few hours because of the usual checks but the second one was received within a couple of minutes.
