## What is Orchestroz?

Orchestroz is calm under pressure for personnel managers, contractors, and section leaders running classical-music ensembles.

The three jobs Orchestroz does:

1. PLANNED CYCLE — DASHBOARD
See the next event's section coverage, urgent attention items, and headline KPIs the moment you open the app. The Spring Concert hero card shows section-by-section coverage with READY / AT RISK / LIVE pills. Two attention rows surface the substitute calls that need eyes on them now. Time-to-fill and fill-rate KPIs anchor the planned cycle without burying you in spreadsheets.

2. URGENT CYCLE — COCKPIT
When a chair opens hours before downbeat, the Urgent Call Cockpit gives you everything to triage and lock a substitute on one screen. Live response stream ranked by fit. Reliability scores, doubling capability, dress-code reminders. One explicit "Lock substitute" action with consequence copy — no double-bookings, no ambiguity, no "wait, did anyone confirm?" Heavy haptic on confirm. Audit-traceable.

3. SUBSTITUTE RESPONSE — UNDER 30 SECONDS
Musicians receive a time-bound, one-shot response link in their preferred channel — iMessage, WhatsApp, Signal, Mail, whatever the manager sends. Tap the link, see fee, dress, doubling, contact above the fold, hit one of six response options (Available / Maybe / Available if fee changes / Available after specific time / Recommend someone / Unavailable), done in under 30 seconds.

Version 1.0.1 contains three changes. First: in the New event form, the Title and Venue placeholders now clearly read as examples ("e.g. Spring Concert"), and a red hint — "Title and Venue are required to create an event." — appears above the Create button whenever it's disabled. Second, a UI polish pass on iPad: the Pools screen no longer lists every musician twice, empty pools get a proper "No musicians yet" message, and the dashboard no longer shows the same week-ahead event list and headers duplicated side by side. Third, the App Store icon wiring was fixed (an explicit 1024 marketing icon entry) so TestFlight and App Store Connect will finally show the cello instead of a placeholder, and all targets (widgets, notifications, watch) were aligned to version 1.0.1 so the upload passes Apple's validation.
