Now it doesn’t have it. In old app we were allowed to do so. Now it’s not there which was very useful in tracking old activities and homework. Also switch between profiles is not available in latest version 1.0.53 but its replied so in few of the comments. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We’re currently working on bringing back the filter options to help track older activities more easily. As for profile switch, the feature is available. Please compliant with WCAG2 guidelines as soon as possible to help every category of parents since government also bringing the compliance for everyone, please get it done as soon as possible. It has come to our notice that the credit card swiping facility for fee payment has been removed without any prior communication to parents. This sudden change has caused inconvenience and confusion, especially for those who rely on this method for planned and traceable payments. Moreover, we are receiving persistent pressure from the admin team to pay the fees in cash, and at the same time, students are being denied their school books. This approach is both distressing and unfair to the students, as it directly affects their learning experience, regardless of the parent’s mode of payment. We respectfully request: • A clarification on why the credit card facility was discontinued without prior notice. • Immediate reinstatement of digital or alternative convenient payment options. • Assurance that no student will be denied academic materials such as books due to fee-related issues, especially when no formal notice about the change was shared. We trust the school leadership will take this matter seriously and guide the admin and ops teams to follow transparent, student-friendly practices going forward. And the school’s day care facility is excellent.
