Und dafür hab ich auch noch so eine komische Zusatzgebühr bezahlt! Kann ORDA nicht empfehlen, werde das nächste Mal eine andere App nutzen. ### 2/5 — Katastrophal langsam *2022-02-22, version 21.12.8* Seit dem letzteren größeren Update, mit dem auch das Design geändert wurde, ist die App katastrophal langsam. Es dauert zum Teil mehrere Sekunden, bis die App auf Eingaben reagiert. Tippt man dann noch einmal, weil die App anscheinend nicht reagiert, führt das auch zu Fehlbedienungen und der Prozess dauert noch länger. Der einzige Grund, die App zu benutzen, ist, dass Anstehen noch länger dauert, als sich durch den Bestellprozess zu kämpfen. ### 1/5 — ADS in notifications can’t be disabled *2022-01-01, version 21.12.8* Though the app does have specific settings for managing which types of notifications to receive, the developers still misuse notifications for advertisement even though I turned that option off. Annoying. ### 2/5 — Gute Idee, graphische Umsetzung mangelhaft *2021-12-14, version 21.12.8* Im Prinzip von der Bedienung her einfach, nur leider ist bei Smartphones mit kleinem Display die Skalierung schlecht. In der aktuellen Version kann ich, nachdem ich etwas in den Warenkorb gelegt habe, nichts mehr hinzufügen, da die Speisekarte von der Fußleiste, dem Bild des Restaurants und den Abholoptionen komplett überdeckt ist. Sie generell ist visuell zu klein, dabei aber eigentlich das, auf was es ankommt. Das hatte ich schon früher beim Support bemängelt, dann war es mal geringfügig besser, und nach dem Update auf 2.0 ist die Speisekarte nach der ersten Auswahl eines Gerichtes wieder weg. ### 3/5 — Gute Idee *2021-10-09, version 21.9.20* Umsetzung ist auch nach Jahren m.E. immer noch mangelhaft ### 1/5 — Hält nicht, was sie verspricht! *2021-04-14, version 21.3.2* Habe jetzt schon mehrfach die Erfahrung gemacht, dass die gewünschten Zeiten für die Vorbestellung nicht eingehalten wurden. Damit macht dann auch diese App keinen Sinn bzw. erfüllt ihren Zweck nicht. Werde sie wieder löschen! Zumal ich das schon mehrfach als Feedback in der App selbst gegeben habe und nicht wegen meines Feedbacks kontaktiert worden bin. Das wäre ja wohl das mindeste gewesen. ### 5/5 — Schnell & zuverlässig *2021-03-19, version 21.2.3* Ich kann hier nur sagen “wer nicht mit der Zukunft geht, der geht in der Zukunft” ORDA ist die Zukunft, kein anstellen mehr in der Kälte sondern die App übernimmt alles für einen. Man hat trotzdem noch den persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Restaurant jedoch spart man enorm viel Zeit. ### 1/5 — Stop those f... Notifications *2020-10-19, version 20.10.2* The App itself is great. Easy to use and I like that I can easily give a tip. But even if you switch off all notifications (that do not pertain to an order). You will still get some. So unless this behavior is not stopped I can not give more than three stars. Yes I can stop _all_ notifications, but the notifications for _orders_ are helpful. Danke für die schnelle Reaktion, aber leider ist das Problem nicht behoben. Deswegen heute deinstalliert ### 5/5 — Love it! *2020-10-07, version 20.10.1* Ich benutze ORDA häufig in der Mittagspause wenn es schnell gehen muss. Man spart sich das anstehen, kann einfach kontaktlos zahlen und verbringt (insbesondere aktuell zu Corona Zeiten) keine unnötige Wartezeit im Restaurant. ### 1/5 — Schlechter Kundenservice *2020-09-27, version 20.9.1* Das Grundprinzip der App ist gut und hat bei mir auch gut funktioniert, bis auf einmal: Ich habe bei einem Restaurant in meiner Nähe etwas bestellt, Geld wurde abgebucht und ich erhielt eine Benachrichtigung, dass meine Bestellung zubereitet wird. Als ich dann vor dem Restaurant stand, um meine Bestellung abzuholen, sehe ich, dass das Restaurant an dem Tag überhaupt nicht geöffnet hat - die App hat es aber als geöffnet angezeigt. Ich habe eine E-Mail Adresse im Netz gefunden und mein Problem sofort geschildert - keine Antwort und mein Geld habe ich auch immer noch nicht zurück bekommen.
