Fun concept made extremely frustrating by curses and a continuously growing card roster that makes matching difficult. Maybe it gets more fun when you grind to unlock the perks that help a little but it seems like a chore at first. ### 1/5 — Will be Great but not yet *2026-09-07* You can discard units from the shop to get +1 gold... and refresh only costs -1 gold. So you have infinite gold the whole game. And the indulgence item "exspectans" is 100x better then anything else in the game, just refresh to start with it and you beat every level/ascension with 0 troops and 0 synergies. And if you manage to combo off, and get a troop to say +50,000 stats.... the game slooowly counts all the way up..... 1 at a time so you have to wait 10+ min for the animation to finish. And the infinite mode scales so slow that the only challenge is clicking next fight button hoping the game dosent crash or glitch. My first infinite run glitched with no buttons on screen, and even restarting the game multiple times there was nothing. So i abandoned the run on battle 37... and got 0 progress cause there is no way to finish* an infinite run early, just quit. And i just finished a run with 10mil damage by using the ghoul charachter, and now for every 10,000 damage, so it took 20+ minutes of Real time to finish the animations... and you can restart the game to skip it, it reloads you to start the counting process all over ### 3/5 — Amazing game *2026-09-18* Murders your battery. ~3hrs on screen w/ M4 iPad uses ~40% of charge. Needs optimization. ### 4/5 — I was going to write a bad review *2026-09-18* As the title says it, but you know I just realize the game is rather just difficult if you don’t take the time to foresee the moves in advance. I figured negative combos and it really made this game a deeper depth than what it is. One thing I do hope is that you do release more characters, for the price range it does seem like it’s not enough content to break through, but because of its difficulty.. I spent quite a bit of time trying to clear out the levels. This is not a game for lazy casual gamers, it requires a lot of planning and understanding of simple game mechanics that scale high and hard. Maybe also add an option to unlock enemy units to be in your deck pool will be nice too! I really hope u add more content and will be checking in on this game from time to time. My current progression is 3 ranks in and at the second level of the 3rd rank (so almost there) ### 4/5 — Good game *2026-09-16* Very nice strategic game. Good gameplay. Two minor issue: 1. Just incredible depth for such a simple concept! Note that you won't start to see the true depth until curses, cell effects, and the like begin to kick in after the first few difficulty levels, so stick with it till then if it seems simple to you.
