I’ve been using order.com for years and it always feels like a gamble. Pretty sore this is just a rich kid clone of Uber Eats. ### 1/5 — Whyyyy?? *2026-02-07, version 6.6.2* Delivery.com used to have groceries, food delivery, laundry all in one app. Why did they split it into more than one app? This is a headache. Really poor experience ### 1/5 — Made one of the worst apps ever worse *2026-01-29, version 6.6.2* The delivery.com app was always super buggy and slow, but it’s been an easy way to schedule my laundry pickup and delivery for years. I went to schedule my weekly laundry delivery today, only to see that the app is now called “Order” and it’s somehow even worse than the original app. When I click the menu sidebar and tap “Laundry,” nothing happens. The sidebar just goes away and I remain on the main page of the app. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and the same thing happens. I ended up using my browser app to go to their website, where the sidebar finally worked. I tapped “Laundry” and was taken to another page prompting me to download another laundry-specific app. Ok, fine. I downloaded that app and was then prompted to make a separate account for it. After going through all that, I finally entered my zip code and saw… literally one single laundromat available in my area. In New York City. Normally we have so many laundromats available to us, and now suddenly nothing. I’m also just generally confused by the change. I’ve checked my emails and see absolutely no communication about the entire rebrand and changes to customers. ### 1/5 — Search doesn’t work *2025-08-15, version 5.23.4* If you type in any word in search, it just spins for a very long time, 30+ seconds, and then says no results. I’ve ordered dozens of times thru the app before and there are a hundred of restaurants nearby. The app has always been iffy, and this latest version is really bad ### 1/5 — Can’t delete account. *2025-07-04, version 5.23.2* The “Delete account” button in account settings does not function. Clicking it does nothing. Please fix this. I’ve addressed this with customer service multiple times and nothing ever changes. I’m allergic to onions and found a piece under my side dish. This is extremely unsafe and dangerous to my health therefore I requested a refund for my order immediately. Delivery.com only offered me a $5 credit(keep in mind my order total was $23.35) in which I politely declined and requested a full refund back to my card instead. Delivery.com refuses to refund my money and are the reason I’m at the emergency room for allergic reactions right now. Really sad, disappointed, and disgusted at how inconsiderate and unprofessional this company is operating. ### 2/5 — Quality of deals and promotions decrease *2024-02-16, version 5.21.1* Hate to see all the click bait new emails deals with "50% off", "20% off" just to see "up to $8, up to $10". when was the last time someone's order was $20 just to get the actually 50% off?? ### 1/5 — Buggy *2024-02-14, version 5.21.1* Sometimes it will open and sit there with the blue screen with the logo and never go to the restaurant list. No matter how long you wait or close and open again. Update: STILL a problem getting to the restaurant list when you open and get a coupon or message which makes you choose going to the web or not. Does not matter what you choose the screen stays blank and the location icon at the top that shows the app is using your location turns off. Therefore you just as soon close it and go to a different app. Also when I actually get to the restaurant list, one restaurant’s menu is empty. ### 1/5 — Mediocre at best *2024-02-10, version 5.21.1* App is full of bugs, very few restaurants compared to competitors, they tend to not be good quality, and most of them have delivery fees. They refused to assist with fraud charges made on my account. They called the fraudsters to confirm the unauthorized charges and won’t listen to me. They talked to someone with a random 901 number and accepted what they were told. They are acting like they don’t recognize my phone number even though they have called me in the past. ### 1/5 — trainwreck *2026-07-16, version 6.6.2* Awful experience. They deleted (stole) earned redemption points from the Delivery era. Support was abysmal, even disrespectful. I was happy to learn of the building class action suit from others in the same situation. Insult to injury that they’d then expect anyone to manage through this garbage app with non stop bugs. Awful. ### 1/5 — Scam Business *2026-06-23, version 6.6.2* My account was recently hacked and delivery.com refuses to assist. They called the person who made the fraudulent orders and he verified the orders are legitimate so they are taking his word. I have email receipts and text receipts for all orders I made. The phone number they say is associated with the account has never been mine. Clearly the scammer changed the account phone number but they can’t even see that. Why would I suddenly start ordering $60 worth of food and make orders from places not near where I live? If I’m not the account owner, how do I know about every order ever placed? ### 1/5 — New rebrand *2026-04-12, version 6.6.2* Ever since they rebranded themselves it has been a nightmare a simple mistake becomes unfixable on their end when it has been fixed before I don’t recommend using this app and instead just drive to the places you want to eat at for pick up ### 1/5 — Weak Customer Service *2026-03-27, version 6.6.2* Regularly have orders canceled or marked as undeliverable by Order and all you ever get is a “too bad so sad” without any recompense for lost coupon codes or wasted time. ### 1/5 — Deleting App *2026-02-25, version 6.6.2* This app used to be my go to, but not anymore. I ordered food from my usual restaurant and the restaurant would not fulfill the order because the vendor never established the change of name to Order.com. I paid for my order on site and was reimbursed immediately by order.com, but I am hesitant to order again. Now I am receiving $15 off of $30 promos and my points are gone. Places I used to order from now charge a higher fee, only the app shows no fees until trying to place an order. It’s hard to sort through any filters. The old service was reliable and offered great promos. I’ve used many of the food delivery apps since the quarantine hit & my first world problem has been hit or miss. Sometimes they start out great then quality dies. My first time with this one, but it was great. I’d been missing my beloved Asian restaurant in all the apps and was even worried they may have closed. When I looked online to see if that might be the case I saw they were not only open but delivering thru this app. I signed up, ordered and was willing to wait the estimated hour. It got here in less tha half that time. Food was hot and delicious. The app runs smoothly, and customer service has always been very helpful whenever I had issues/questions.
